Production Network: We produce and ship from the closest facility to reduce transit time and costs.
Production Time: Each product displays an estimated production time after proof approval. This does not include shipping time. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic & International Shipping: We ship both domestically and internationally.
Carriers: We use UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and LTL freight services.
Delivery Timeframes: Shipping times depend on the product’s origin, destination, and chosen shipping method. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Cost Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, when available, based on destination, weight, dimensions, and delivery speed.
Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost.
Freight on Board (FOB) & Risk of Loss
FOB Shipping Point: All orders are shipped FOB Origin, meaning ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the carrier picks up the package from our vendor’s facility.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
While we assist in filing claims, liability transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the package.
If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier on a resolution.
International Orders
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
Delivery Issues: If you experience issues with delivery, we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Return & Refund Policy
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-Printed Products: Because all custom-printed items are made to order, they are non-returnable unless defective or due to our error.
Returns for Unimprinted Items
Return Eligibility: Unimprinted, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds. However, we waive this fee if you choose store credit instead of a refund.

Receive Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Return & Refund Processing:
Once received, we will inspect the items.
Refunds will be issued within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is defective, incorrect, or damaged, notify us within 3 business days of receipt.
We will prioritize reprinting and reshipping your order at no additional cost.
