2. Payment Options

We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), wire transfers, personal and company checks, and money orders. For credit card payments, your card will not be charged until the order has been approved. International orders may require a wire transfer. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and transactions must be completed in U.S. currency.

3. Prices & Availability

Due to the dynamic nature of our industry, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our website updated, but if a product is out of stock or unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you as soon as possible. Estimated delivery dates are dependent on supplier availability and other factors and are subject to change.

4. Overrun and Underrun

Manufacturing processes can result in slight variations in the final order quantity. We follow industry standards, meaning orders may have a production variance of up to ±10% of the total order quantity. Spectrum Advertising, Inc. will bill you only for the actual quantity shipped.

5. Cancellations and Alterations to Orders

Once an order is approved (meaning a virtual proof is confirmed, and payment is processed), it is sent immediately to production. Any cancellations after approval will incur a service fee of $30, plus additional charges such as setup fees, restocking fees (up to 15%), or shipping costs. To avoid fees, please review your order carefully before approving.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 30 days if there are issues. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution, but no automatic returns are guaranteed.

7. Title & Risk of Loss

All goods are shipped FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Point. This means title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver your order to the shipping carrier. Spectrum Advertising, Inc. is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. It is your responsibility to file claims with the carrier.

8. Typographical, Photographic, & Technical Errors

We strive for accuracy in all aspects of our Site. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of typographical, photographic, or technical errors, including inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices or with incorrect product information.

9. Disputes

Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this Site or your purchases through Spectrum Advertising, Inc. will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be held in the state of Colorado. You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action suit.

Spectrum Advertising, Inc. disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 11. Force Majeure

Spectrum Advertising, Inc. will not be liable for any failure to fulfill orders or delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, labor strikes, transportation delays, political unrest, or vendor supply chain interruptions.

12. Order Acceptance Policy

All orders are subject to acceptance by Spectrum Advertising, Inc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or reject orders deemed fraudulent or otherwise not in our best interest.

13. Making Purchases

When you make a purchase through Spectrum Advertising, Inc., you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) submitted and that you are authorized to make such purchases. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

14. Pricing and Typographical Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. In the event of such an error, we will contact you with the corrected pricing and offer the opportunity to proceed with your order or cancel.

15. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content, including text, images, logos, and graphics on the Site, is the property of Spectrum Advertising, Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
